Matterport immersive 3D tours are proven to help top real estate agents win listings and sell homes faster by enabling online shoppers to experience a property as if they were really there.
With a 3D scan, you also have the options to add 2D snapshots, schematic floor plans, and guided tours to show off a property. You can easily embed on your own website, share on social media, and even in a text or email.
3D Model
The 3D sensors on our cameras allow us to create a 3-dimensional model of your property. This impressive feature will give your clients a comprehensive understanding of the layout of your space. Clients can easily switch between the 3D model and the virtual tour.
3D Tags / Mattertags
Mattertags let you integrate additional content directly into your virtual tour, including text, links, images and videos. Content at Mattertag points appears when you click on these points or hover your mouse over them.
Floor Plans
A floor plan for each floor of your property (in JPEG format) can be created using your virtual tour. These floor plans also include measurements (accurate to within a few centimetres), making them useful for any situation requiring a non-contractual floor plan of your property.
